These cards were my entries into a Minted challenge for “Life’s a Party” invitation design contest, featuring foil-pressed finishes. While I didn’t place in the contest, it was a lot of fun to make these designs.
Halloween party invitation
This mock-up for a foil-pressed Halloween party invitation was inspired by a headstone shape, while the filigree has nods to bats, spider webs, dried flowers and lace.
Art Deco-Inspired Brunch Invitation
This foil-pressed special occasion invitation (mock-up) was inspired by the classic ‘waterfall’ motif of the Art Deco era.
